Hello! My name is Sonia Collis and I am the founder of Incasa. This agency initially started to give the home care Industry what was felt missing: by providing a human approach to our clients and employees. Treating them like family is at the core of our values, ensuring utmost care and efficiency. My goal is wanting to make a difference by giving that extra attention to detail and constant accessibility, ensuring our clients never feel alone or uninformed throughout their journey. We believe in active participation and engagement with our clients, inviting them to be part of the decision-making process so they can comfortably receive the right services with peace of mind. Each individual’s needs are unique, and we take pride in crafting detailed care plans tailored to suit them perfectly. Our agency’s mission is centered around providing the focus and attention that every client deserves, ensuring they feel heard, understood, and genuinely cared for. For myself and my team, Incasa is more than just a home care agency; it is a family and a foundation of support. I have been enrolled as a nurse for the past 12 years, and continue to enhance my skills working for public health. Working in the home care industry, I have gained knowledge on how to assist family and loved ones with government assistance. Hello, my name is Zuzan Hussein. My passion is to help and bring healing to people who are facing challenges in life. My hope is that each and every client feels like they are part of our family. I strive to provide meaningful, personalized, quality care that builds strong bonds between myself, clients and employees.
My goal is to allow loved ones to remain in the comfort of their own homes by providing them services that only entails care and quality. Being in the healthcare industry since 2004, I would say it’s an honour to serve and provide care to those who have cared for us.

I also have experience assisting clients with government billing. In my spare time, I like to go for walks, garden, and spend time with my family.

Since I was a young girl, I was the primary caregiver for my parents, helping with translating and administering medications. As time progressed, helping my Parents with their care became part of my lifestyle. I strive to provide dignity, compassion, and respect to those who are most vulnerable.

Hello, my name is Veronica. I have been part of the medical field for the past 34 years. My main role as a Client Service Manager is to meet with each client and get an understanding of their specific needs. I will then hand select a caregiver that would be a perfect match based on your needs and care requirements. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, children, and grandchildren.

Hello! My name is Michelle DeSousa and I am the Client Care Manager here at Incasa HomeCare. I am very family orientated; married with two children and very close with my extended family.
I starting working in the health care industry over 14 years ago and it is my passion. I brought my work home with me (literally) several years ago when I became my own aging parents’ care giver during the last years of their lives. This experience gifted me an even greater passion for providing care services for our senior population.
I chose to work for Incasa Home Care Edmonton because of their prestigious reputation for providing kindness, respect and dignity for Alberta seniors. I am grateful to have a career here at Incasa Home Care where I can give back to the community in a meaningful way.
My goal as the Client Care Manager is to make sure all clients have a customized care plan that meets their needs, expectations, and their families’ goals. I believe that only a high standard of quality care is acceptable for every client we work with. I look forward to one on one consultations with each new family who choose us, and take pride in establishing a dignified plan for the care of each senior entrusted to us.
