Hello! My name is Sonia Collis and I am the founder of Incasa. This agency initially started to give the home care Industry what was felt missing: by providing a human approach to our clients and employees. Treating them like family is at the core of our values, ensuring utmost care and efficiency. My goal is wanting to make a difference by giving that extra attention to detail and constant accessibility, ensuring our clients never feel alone or uninformed throughout their journey. We believe in active participation and engagement with our clients, inviting them to be part of the decision-making process so they can comfortably receive the right services with peace of mind. Each individual’s needs are unique, and we take pride in crafting detailed care plans tailored to suit them perfectly. Our agency’s mission is centered around providing the focus and attention that every client deserves, ensuring they feel heard, understood, and genuinely cared for. For myself and my team, Incasa is more than just a home care agency; it is a family and a foundation of support. I have been enrolled as a nurse for the past 12 years, and continue to enhance my skills working for public health. Working in the home care industry, I have gained knowledge on how to assist family and loved ones with government assistance. As a valued part of Incasa, my team of healthcare professionals will treat you as a family member rather than a client. Hello, my name is Zuzan Hussein. My passion is to help and bring healing to people who are facing challenges in life. My hope is that each and every client feels like they are part of our family. I strive to provide meaningful, personalized, quality care that builds strong bonds between myself, clients and employees.

My goal is to allow loved ones to remain in the comfort of their own homes by providing them services that only entails care and quality. Being in the healthcare industry since 2004, I would say it’s an honour to serve and provide care to those who have cared for us.

Hello, my name is Berisa Ebrakovic. I currently have a degree in business management and have worked in this field for the past 20 years. With my experience in accounting and business, you will be able to trust that your invoices are completed promptly and professionally. I also have experience assisting clients with government billing. In my spare time, I like to go for walks, garden, and spend time with my family.

Hi, my name is Teresa. I am a Mother of two boys, a wife, and a caregiver. Since I was a young girl, I was the primary caregiver for my parents, helping with translating and administering medications. As time progressed, helping my Parents with their care became part of my lifestyle. I strive to provide dignity, compassion, and respect to those who are most vulnerable.

Veronica Lal

Client Service Manager

Hello, my name is Veronica. I have been part of the medical field for the past 34 years. My main role as a Client Service Manager is to meet with each client and get an understanding of their specific needs. I will then hand select a caregiver that would be a perfect match based on your needs and care requirements. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, children, and grandchildren.

Michelle DeSousa

Care Manager

Hello! My name is Michelle DeSousa and I am the Client Care Manager here at Incasa HomeCare. I am very family orientated; married with two children and very close with my extended family.

I starting working in the health care industry over 14 years ago and it is my passion. I brought my work home with me (literally) several years ago when I became my own aging parents’ care giver during the last years of their lives. This experience gifted me an even greater passion for providing care services for our senior population.

I chose to work for Incasa Home Care because of their prestigious reputation for providing kindness, respect and dignity for Alberta seniors. I am grateful to have a career here at Incasa Home Care where I can give back to the community in a meaningful way.

My goal as the Client Care Manager is to make sure all clients have a customized care plan that meets their needs, expectations, and their families’ goals. I believe that only a high standard of quality care is acceptable for every client we work with. I look forward to one on one consultations with each new family who choose us, and take pride in establishing a dignified plan for the care of each senior entrusted to us.


Sedzida Dzajic

Community Care Manager
Hello, my name is Sedzida, my role with Incasa Home Care is Community Care Manager. I have been in the Health Care Industry for the past 23 years. I have assisted many clients aging well in the comfort of their own homes. I have also provided and assisted care for children with disabilities. I come with previous experiences in training and delegating Caregivers to ensure proper technique is being used, and quality care is being provided. My goal as a Community Care Manager, is to advocate for my clients when needed and provide them with quality care, while being cared for in the comfort of their own homes. Also, I strive to support our employees when needed and when our employee’s take initiative to gain experience in their role as Certified Caregivers. During my spare time, when I am not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and grandchildren. Family means the world to me, Incasa is such a great fit as an agency, as they treat their clients and employees like family. Now that you have heard my story, I can’t wait to hear yours.

Hello, my name is Doris, I am the Client Care Coordinator for Incasa. I always had a passion to help people in need. Over the years, I have learned that compassion, kindness and empathy for others, is what makes us individuals stronger as a community. My role at Incasa is to ensure clients’ care plans are implemented and detailed to their needs. As a community, we all deserve to be loved and cared for, knowing, we are not alone. This is why I am honored and proud to be part of the Incasa familia. Our office team strives each and every day to make a difference in the lives of others, while ensuring quality and consistent care is being provided. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and my pet dogs that I adore so much.

Hello My name is Emilia, I am the Office Administrator for Incasa. I have been in the customer service industry for the past 5 years and love what I do. My role at Incasa is ensuring all client and employee data is being processed, also ensuring that our employees are being thoroughly pre-screened and matched with our clients. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and engaging in community functions and recreational activities.
